We have 3 methods of shipment available.
Small Parcel - Small items (under 50lbs) will be shipped via UPS. We offer Standard, 2nd Day, and Overnight Shipping. Orders placed after 2PM PST will not be processed until the following business day.
White Glove Delivery
Securitybase.com understands that some customers do not have the equipment or just do not want to bother moving a large safe or anchoring one to the ground. With our white glove delivery, all you have to do is place the order through your account representative and leave the rest up to us.
- - We schedule an appointment for the white glove delivery.
- - Our installers are certified safe techs, always happy to answer any questions or assist with any safe operations.
- - Installation is a breeze for you. Sit back and relax while our safe techs carefully install and anchor the safe inside your business or residence. (Ground level delivery only - Quoted White Glove prices include boltdowns for depository safes only [Concrete or wood flooring only]. An additional fee of $75 will be accessed to all other safes that require botldowns).
- - After installation our safe techs haul away the box, pallet and any debris.
- - Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Before our installers leave, we will make sure you are completely satisfied with the safe and the white glove service.
Curbside Delivery
Safes weighting less than 150 pounds are shipped via UPS and delivered to your business or residential door. Safes over 150 pounds are left outside of your business or residence. Curbside delivery does not include moving the safe inside your home or safe installation.
