One of the newest additions to our store is AMSEC’s Defense Vault (Model DV652). The Defense Vault acts as a security safe to protect your ammunition and weapons such as rifles, handguns or other types of firearms and keep them within an arm’s reach.  The Defense Vault can be conveniently stored under your bed all while protecting and securing your weapons from children, thieves and other unauthorized users. Meanwhile, in case of an emergency where quick access to your weapons is needed, the Defense Vault provides you that accessibility.

The Defense Vault comes with a high security electronic lock that is easy to function. It adds even more security against theft and prevents any children from gaining access to your weapons. In a matter of seconds, as you enter the code to your vault, the vault door opens up and the weapons becomes hastily available for use. AMSEC’s new ESL5 electronic lock features an illuminated keypad for easy-use under poor lighting conditions. The bright, backlit keys let you enter your PIN code in the dark.

What’s fitting about the Defense Vault is that it utilizes all the wasted space and is a great storage solution, especially when space is very limited.  Typically, other high security safes are much larger and heavier that you don’t have the suitability to store those types of safes wherever you want.  Most of the time you have to store the traditionally larger safes in the garage, basements or larger rooms. With the Defense Vault, it’s portable and small enough to fit in places where the usual larger square shaped safes can’t.  The Defense Vault’s long-shaped casing enables you to also store long rifles and shotguns, which isn’t possible for the other types of safes.

AMSEC’s Defense Vault has an all-steel construction with a unique 5-point slide-locking bar. Inside the vault it has a foam-padded slide-out gun tray and 4 pre-cut anchor holes with mounting hardware to provide you the option of anchoring your vault onto the floor or wall for added security. AMSEC’s Defense Vault characteristically is storage for weapons, but it can also store other valuables such as jewelry, documents and other miscellaneous items that need protection.
